I have many years of experience conducting evaluations for both ADHD (both hyperactive and inatttentive types) and learning disorders (Math, Reading, Writing, and non-specific) as well as other developmental and behavioral disorders.
My evaluations are multi-modal and involve gathering data from multiple sources and reporters, including child (testing and interview), parents (semi-structured interview and behavioral rating forms), teachers, medical providers (when appropriate), and review of school records.
Evaluations include a feedback appointment and comprehensive report summarizing results and findings as well as detailed recommendations.
These evaluations are often covered by insurance, although clients are highly encouraged to check on their coverage before proceeding.
